ABOUT ME

With over 10 years in the fitness industry and working at other gyms with hundreds of clients, I saw the need for more specialized programming in the gym environment in the Uintah Basin.

Having hip and movement issues as a child that prevented me from excelling in sports, a major hip surgery in 2016, then to having a baby in 2022, the desire to create that environment became stronger every year, as I’ve seen where someone who was struggling with their health could quit. 

Everyone deserves to exercise and be active without pain and MMF wants to “BRIDGE THE GAP” of returning to activity and exercising after an injury, birth, or just improving overall health and wellness.
